In 2020, we continued to actively work with requests from copyright holders. The work is based on the requirements of Ukrainian and international legislation: we respond to every incoming complaint and remove commodity items that contain violations.

• clothing and footwear; 
• accessories and jewelry; 
• electronics.

Key figures 

The response time to a request during business hours is 40 minutes.

Due to the functionality of mass deletion of positions, this indicator reflects not only the response time but also the complete elimination of the problem (deletion of positions with violations). 

The number of requests from copyright holders is 21 756, which is 2 times more than in 2019. We analyze the reasons for the increase and look for solutions to reduce the indicator.

The number of deleted URLs is 825 000.

In 2020, we have entered into several more agreements that allow us to reduce the time for processing incoming requests, and for copyright holders to get a faster solution to the problem. Among our clients are international companies in the field of fashion, sports, toys, health and beauty products.

Participation in conferences and working groups

 In addition to operational work with appeals, we: 

• we participate in specialized forums and webinars, explaining the process of working with claims; 
• we participate in working groups with the state authorities and cyber police in order to implement preventive measures to minimize counterfeiting in general; 
• we conduct active dialogues with representatives of rights holders;
•  we popularize our position in social networks and the media.
